Hana Hwang Got her Dream.

Meet Hana Hwang.
Post of you all probably haven't heard of her, and I was like you too, until tumblr made me realize what a tough world it is out there. Hana is a 13 year old girl, who fights Progeria.
What's that?

Progeria is a rare genetic condition, which causes a child to rapidly grow. It's not usually passed down in families, and usually does not affect more than one children within the family. Progeria causes Growth Failure in the first year of Life, as well as total loss of hair. A child who is affected is Short, and has a Head that is disproportional to their body.
This is what Hana has been living with for the first 13 years.

Hana had a dream to meet Selena Gomez. When Ryan Seacrest heard this, he instantly contacted Selena, and badabing, badaboom, Selena was there by hana's side.
It's so wonderful to see People like Selena do these things. It's beautiful that all that can make a single person happy is just by seeing another person, and the Fact Selena took her Time to do this for Hana shows so much maturity and humanity.

Hana made something special for Selena:

It really touches a soul when you see something like this. Selena is such a wonderful role model.
We must remember, there are people in similar and worse conditions out there in the real world. We should always lend a hand, and do everything within our capacity, to help them...with our greatest extent

Hana showed us the bracelet and other things on this video, meant as a Thank You video to Selena.

Hana Is Alive, Some stupid arses decided to spread a rumor.
Thank god she is! She's too beautiful to leave the world. :]

This post is beautiful. It shows what a great person you are, to recognize these things. it shows what a beautiful, kind and considerate person you are.
    Keep it up.

    So true.

This post bought a tear to my eye. This was such an inspiring post, to always appreciate life. And the little things we complain about are nothing compared to what Hana had to deal with. Even though life can throw things at us..just love it. Because life really is precious.
