So, this shall be a personal rant on how my classes either Stink or are Decent.
I'll probably be cursing them internally the whole time.
Welcome to the stupid schedule i have to go through every day. It stinks.

Spanish 7. the agony of taking this class. I should have stopped in spanish 4, but sad enough as it is, my father was like "Well, i think it'll help you.". Well, it did. Now i can drive down to mexico [which is probably an hour away from where I live] and speak Spanish in Tijuana! YAY! but i'll be talking slower than a snail, so the spanish-speaking person would probably say. "tuesmuystupido.nomecomprendotu." So...wasting an extra 2 years on spanish was probably useless.

Honors Humanities 2: Last trimester of reading Shakespeare and Homer and whatnot. Im so happy, all we did in this class was read a book, and write an essay. no. im serious, here are the steps to taking this class.
THE CLASSIFIED STEPS TO HONORS HUMANITIES:
- Read one of those old Books, Read a Poem, or look at a piece of ancient/renaissance art.
- write an Essay
- get a grade.
- AND REPEAT!
Yeah, and every once in a while you have to perform a scene of a play ;]

Algebra 4: No me gusta. There, something i've learned from spanish. Math, especially Algebra, has never been my strong suit. Im surprised i've maintained an A [even if it is a low one] throughout the trimester. Hope it doesnt become a B- like what happened last year. *sigh* i dunno why Algebra is considered useful, unless you want to figure out how many Oranges Bob ate through a harder way.
or if you want to me a mathematician.

AP Bio: Okay. Bio is easy. you're reading a girl who got a 98% in bio. But then you add the 'AP' and KABAAM! find yourself struggling to get the A. I'm learning about the Copying DNA process, and although it sounds simple in regular Bio, in AP Bio there are the Operons, and whatnot. I should have just skipped to taking physics in 10th grade instead of this class.

APEC: I love this class with all my heart. It'd be my best friend if that were possible. The only con? There are wayyy too many repeating Names. [ex. Louis XVI, Louis XVII, Louis XVIII] And then there are too much pointless Wars. other than that, this is golden.

well, you've read my rant/stuff about my Schedule. All im concluding with is:
I'm Done with School
but school isnt done with me :/
I cant wait for College.

I love Spanish, I wish we were taught this instead of stupid German, algebra is interesting, biology is okay, but history - boring as hell, I've never liked it and luckily never had to study it seriously.
ReplyDeleteHistory. Is. The. BEST!
ReplyDeleteIt's the only subject which really gets me interested! I get 95-99% in it every term. Of course we mostly do Namibian and African history, there's some World history thrown in too. :D
I don't really like Spanish much (I personally don't think it's a useful language, no offense); so I take French instead. I'm terrible at math, and I'm currently taking Calculus. I absolutely LOVE history! :D But hey, look on the bright side. You don't have block scheduling, whereas at my school we do. It is SO boring! Only 4 classes a day; each is about an hour and a half long! (Classes change each term, thankfully)
